Ready to move on to a custom itinerary? For $150, The Plan Phase will include finalized dates, a day to day draft itinerary, two narrowed down accommodation options minimum, two recommended flight options minimum, three payment plan options, and a complimentary 30 mins consultation for you or the group.

Day to Day draft itinerary
Two Narrowed Down Accommodation Options Minimum
Two Recommended Flight Options per City of Origin Minimum
Three Payment Plan Options
Other necessary transportation information such as car rental, trains, inter city flights, etc. if applicable
Trip Cost inclusions vs exclusions summary
Other Document Requests such as Individual Pictures, Group Pictures, Room Assignments, Restaurant Options, etc if applicable
Have a few different interests or activities the entire group might not be interested in? Optional non group activities can be priced and added as Optional Add Ons.
A complimentary 30 mins consultation is included. Consultation will include trip overview, payment plan options overview, payment instructions and Q&A. Complimentary consultations can be booked via the Appointments tab at the Menu bar. Note: There is a $3 deposit to book a slot. The $3 charge will be deducted from the trip cost on the invoice(s).
