For $150, The Plan Phase will include finalized dates, a day to day draft itinerary, two narrowed down accommodation options minimum, two recommended flight options minimum, three payment plan options, and a complimentary 30 mins consultation for you or the group.

The document will include:

• Finalized Dates

• Finalized Costs

• Day to Day draft itinerary

• Two Narrowed Down Accommodation Options Minimum

• Two Recommended Flight Options per City of Origin Minimum

• Three Payment Plan Options

• Other necessary transportation information such as car rental, trains, inter city flights, etc. if applicable

• Trip Cost inclusions vs exclusions summary

• Other Document Requests such as Individual Pictures, Group Pictures, Room Assignments, Restaurant Options, etc if applicable

• Have a few different interests or activities the entire group might not be interested in? Optional non group activities can be priced and added as Optional Add Ons.

A complimentary 30 mins consultation is included. Consultation will include trip overview, payment plan options overview, payment instructions and Q&A. Complimentary consultations can be booked via the Appointments tab at the Menu bar. Note: There is a $3 deposit to book a slot. The $3 charge will be deducted from the trip cost on the invoice(s).
