Now it’s time to sit back and let me handle the bookings and logistics!

This service will include:

• Accommodation Bookings

• Tours & Activities Bookings indicated as an inclusion on the itinerary sheet

• Logistics

• Restaurant Suggestions & reservations if applicable

• Updates to ‘The Plan’ to reflect changes along the way including final flights booked by each person, fully detailed itinerary, Packing Lists, Foods to Try, Color Coordinating if applicable, etc.

• A complimentary 30 mins consultation for you or the group is included prior to the trip start to go over final selections, any final items and Q&A. Complimentary consultations can be booked via the Appointments tab at the Menu bar. Note: There is a $3 deposit to book a slot. The $3 charge will be deducted from the trip cost on the invoice(s).

This service does not include: Flight bookings to the trip start destination or from the trip ending destination.

Trip must be 6 or more weeks away.

Pricing for Nomadish Travels Service Fee:

• Solo $299 per person

• 2 People $269 per person

• 3 to 5 People $249 per person

• 6 to 7 People $224 per person

• 8 or More $194 per person

All prices listed above are subject to a ~2.9% transaction fee.

Nomadish Travels Service fee & transaction fee are NONREFUNDABLE.

Trip cost per person will be charged separately and directly via invoice and email. Trip cost is subject to a 2.9% transaction fee, which will be included in the trip cost total. Trip cost will not include Nomadish Travels Service Fee in the total as that will already be paid for here.

Nomadish Travels Service Fee must be paid by all persons in the group to proceed with service.

**Itemized cost breakdown for each activity, accommodation and cost can be provided if requested.

Add Ons:

• Long Term Travel Fee for trips longer than 15 Days

• Curated Goodie Bags Fee for special event trips

• Rush Service Fee if Trip is less than 6 weeks away

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations are permitted until a mutually determined date that will be discussed with the group. However, the Nomadish Travels Service Fee & Transaction Fee are nonrefundable. You will receive a refund on all trip cost payments per payment plan selection, to date excluding the Nomadish Travels Service Fee & Transaction Fee if canceled prior to indicated cancellation date. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to tawa@nomadishtravels.com
